My grandparents and mom/uncles had 3 of them over the years. unless your doing an extensive restromod, you really want one of the original series 80, thicker metal.

Pretty decent from what I recall. I also remember it going out on a truck or two and it absolutely sucking since it’s not like you can crack a window or anything.

When I was in the Army in the late 80s, I was a maintainer and it’s difficult for me to imagine AC getting maintained much.

I don’ t think they our mechanics ever did fix them. I want to say that contractors took care of it when we were passing through one of the larger FOBs one time?
